Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProspectHalo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ProspectHalo provides AI-powered B2B sales-engagement and prospecting tools. You may use the service to search for, view, refine, and export business contact information sourced from third-party data providers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ProspectHalo for spam, harassment, unlawful scraping, credential abuse, security testing without authorization, resale of access, or any messaging that violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for how you use the data and contacts obtained through the platform.

4. Subscription and Billing

ProspectHalo may offer free or paid introductory periods. The exact amount due today, the length of the introductory period, the recurring subscription price, and the renewal date displayed at checkout control your purchase. You authorize Whop, our payment provider, to charge the amounts displayed at checkout according to the billing schedule presented to you.

When the $1 introductory offer is displayed at checkout, you are charged $1 immediately for seven days of access to your selected ProspectHalo plan. The $1 charge is a separate introductory payment and is not credited toward the first recurring subscription payment. Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your selected Pro or Growth plan renews for the billing interval, price, and currency displayed at checkout.

Custom plans do not include an introductory period or trial. A Custom purchase is charged immediately for the monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing interval selected at checkout. Before purchase, checkout presents the final price, currency, billing interval, and included prospect, AI agent, sending account, and LinkedIn post allowances. Those purchased allowances are recorded for the applicable membership and billing period. Team membership is unlimited unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Prospect capacity is a maximum allowance and not a guaranteed result. Actual discovery depends on your ideal customer profile, filters, connected accounts, LinkedIn availability, and the size of your target market.

You may cancel your subscription through the billing page. Cancellation during a free or paid introductory period prevents the first recurring subscription charge. Cancellation after a recurring or Custom payment prevents future renewals but does not, by itself, reverse or refund a completed payment. You retain access through any period you have already paid for where applicable.

ProspectHalo decides product and service refund requests under our Refund Policy. Whop, a payment network, or a financial institution may separately investigate or reverse duplicate or incorrect billing, unrecognized charges, processing errors, or other payment-layer issues according to its own rules. Except where required by applicable law, applicable payment network rules, an action by Whop for a payment-layer issue, or otherwise expressly provided in our Refund Policy, completed payments are nonrefundable.

5. Contact Credit Limits

Free accounts are limited to 100 contacts total. Paid plans include monthly contact allowances per their tier. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Data Accuracy

Contact data is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. ProspectHalo makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, or deliverability of contact information.

7. Exports and Third-Party Integrations

ProspectHalo may offer exports and integrations, including CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM-oriented workflows. Your use of those exports and third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant external provider.

8. Connected Accounts and Outreach

ProspectHalo lets you connect your own LinkedIn, email, and other accounts through Unipile, a third-party connection provider, and send outreach from those accounts. You authenticate directly with each provider through Unipile's hosted flow; ProspectHalo does not receive or store your account passwords. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with the terms of service of each connected platform (including the LinkedIn User Agreement) and with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam and data-protection regulations. Automated or high-volume outreach may carry the risk of rate limiting, restriction, suspension, or banning of your connected accounts by the underlying platform. You accept this risk, and ProspectHalo is not responsible or liable for any action a third-party platform takes against your accounts. We provide conservative default sending limits, but you control your usage.

9. Third-Party Platforms, Trademarks, and Non-Affiliation

ProspectHalo is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with LinkedIn, Microsoft, Google, or any other third-party platform. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation; Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC; Outlook and Microsoft are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. All product names, logos, and brands referenced on ProspectHalo are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Third-party platform features, availability, and access conditions may change at any time and are outside our control.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan restrictions, or create legal, operational, or security risk for ProspectHalo or others.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProspectHalo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProspectHalo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
